"Jesus IS the View" Luke 9:28-36 When Jesus took three of His disciples up the mountain for the Transfiguration, they might have originally thought He wanted them to "see the view." That's a big reason many people enjoy being on a high mountain. But Jesus took them up the mountain so that they could see Him in all of His glory. The countryside wasn't the view... Jesus was the View! Many people tend to pay attention to Jesus for what He can do for them. Jesus wants us to mainly pay attention to Him simply for who He is!
